Huy Le is an attorney for the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Executive Office for Immigration Review. Namely, Huy was selected for the Attorney General’s Honors Program. In this capacity, Huy serves as an attorney advisor to the Kansas City Immigration Court, mainly adjudicating removal proceedings. Additionally, Huy is currently commissioning into the United States Army Reserves Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps. Prior to his appointment with the DOJ, Huy was a law clerk for the Business Immigration Practice of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo in Boston, MA and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. He also served as a summer intern for the United States Navy JAG Corps and Greater Boston Legal Services’ Immigration Unit. Huy obtained his Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University and his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.
